Bad management. Good work life balance. No growth unless you switch jobs. Compensation is good. Recently seems to be caught up in Cloud Frenzy, trying to catch up.

My typical day is usually me on the phone getting told that I am a horrible person and going to be fired for doing my job. Management is very disrespectful to employees. Management threatens employees. Employees are heavily micromanaged and controlled. Not team orientated.

No appreciation for your work. People play politics. Management does not provide direction on products. Your effort is not appreciated and rewarded. The company has a lot of negative energy. The good side is you have a good life and work balance.
