Don't get your hopes up. They do not plan to hire you. The internal management team has plans for some one else and you are only interviewing because 3 people need to interview for the posting. Have no fear .....They will hire someone with less experience and knowledge than you. This is because they have a Friend of a neighbor's cousin they think can do they job and they will hire.

It is not very positive and you get overworked with little respect. If you are an engineer, make sure you know all fields because they will expect civil to know electrical since they do what they need to get the bid.
