Be prepared to discus what you will bring to the table to add value to the company. Do not come in with the standard resume answers. Practice before you have your interview. I have conducted many interviews over the past 25 years, and one common theme i see is that fewer and fewer applicants are prepared to be interviewed.

Don't apply here. The Bakersfield store was shut down last year on December 20, 2016 due to land management negotiations. We lost our jobs. Not sure if this posting is even legitimate.

They are always hiring, because of high turnover. The work is cyclical- busy weeks and slow weeks with few hours. Retail requires days, nights, weekends, your flexibility, etc.
