Lead (Former Employee) – Farmington Hills, MI – September 17, 2018
Local management tried hard to make the environment friendly, but corporate demands made this nearly impossible. No work/life balance. Company was unwilling to invest in equipment and personnel to keep equipment essential to production maintained, consequently, work was often bottle necked at the machine that was down and goals could not be met. Corporate was always threatening to fire local staff.

Worked here for a little less than a year. They take their time hiring you in, but when they do, they seem to have a decent benefits package. You can get all the overtime you want, which helps compensate for the not so decent pay.
