There are a lot of good people who work there. The job itself wasn't a good fit for me which both myself and the company knew and I had trouble getting the support there that I needed for my family.

There are a lot of very nice individuals that work for OCDC and people generally really care about each other and the mission of the organization which is helping the immigrant population with their child development. They are government funded for the most part and expanded significantly in 2015/2016.
