This resort hands down has a team with heart's of gold. They work hard and appreciate eachother as family.

Be willing to put in the time. Progress happens but at a slow pace. If your patient you get the opportunity to meet and work alongside some of the hardest workers in the industry.

Disrespectful management, unprofessional employees.

You only get treated with respect if you fit in with their “cliques.” Managers are lazy, and hotel guests sleep on unwashed sheets. Don’t work here unless you want to be treated less than by condescending millennials.

Beautiful Resort that had just opened upon employment

Great staff and even better location. Started off as banquet server and made my way to banquet bartender and eventually to Captain. By the end was running all morning and breakfast events

No Support from management

I was a night auditor at the front desk and there was no support from management for sick days. They were always understaffed and every position other than night shift required people to work 6-10 days in a row without a break.

Fun and full of growth

I enjoy working at this establishment. The managers are helpful in empowerment and growth. The resturant serves amazing fresh food and the kitchen is one of the cleanest I have worked in.
