Very stressful Job

I only got 4 days of training on the machine I ran. With having very few days of training mistakes where made. Wasn't till after my 90 probation they told me I was producing bad product and needed to do better. got another 30 day probation and very little help. Again made few mistakes but DID better myself but got put on another 30 probation. This time I did much better but made 2 mistakes in 30 days. Got fired for Quality Issues even though I was told " I can see you've improved and DO see you're trying but we have to let you go"
