Only take the job if you’re trying to move out of retail (Walmart) or fast food etc. If you have any real skill and experience you’ll want to look for something better. It’s a very dishonest company and they will basically sell you on the idea that there are a lot of opportunities for advancement. You know how salesmen are, liars till the very end. It’s more of a carrot on a stick type system than anything else. Every time management makes a stupid decision you’ll be over booked, over worked and underpaid. Worst company to work for.
They will lie about your pay, treat you like a dog , show massive bias to their favorites, when you are done with your job they make you do other people’s route and you don’t get paid extra money for it.
If your are willing to work hard, don't bother.
Get all the training you can then RLH

Be prepared to work hard for little reward for at least two years. Get your skins on the wall and your feet soaked, and then start earning seniority. Shouldn't take too long. The turnover rate is ridiculous.
