The WORST place I've worked in my life!!!! The pay is horrible. The benefits are horrible. Staff members set you to fail because they feel threatened that you're trying to take their job position. Administrators NEVER come to the unit that you're working on to see how the work environment is. It's a cut throat and stab you in the back, while they smile in your face environment.

Our department tries to not get too much overtime. They flex me 1 day a week so I start later to adjust for working late on day's I have clinic. So that is a great thing if I need to make appmts or just catch up on sleep!
