Okay place to work. Management didn't help with problems. Great coworkers, some were at least. We got free food a lot. The patients made the days suck.

Don’t listen to their employees only the favorites and they get away with everything....it’s who you know not how well you perform. A bunch of drama!

Meaningful Work
Anonymous (Current Employee) –  Springfield, ILFebruary 4, 2015
OCI does a wonderful job of treating patients, many of whom are in severe pain and need to be seen immediately. The staff does a great job working together to accommodate walk ins and appointments in the most timely manner possible. The physicians and managers are committed to the highest level of patient satisfaction, and coworkers often step outside of their own duties to help one another. The organization devotes a lot of time and money to helping community members and non-profit agencies, too.
Pros
Dedicated physicians, great coworkers, beautiful building.
