Never. There are quarterly bonuses IF you pass your chart audits. You get about 1 week notice to complete your audits and are expected to do them during your downtime.
Eliminate cattiness. Train your people appropriately. Establish a performance review system for employees AND supervisors. Stop making employees work through lunch via completing notes, staff meetings, journal reviews.
Overworked. Like there was not enough time in the day to sufficiently treat my patients and complete documentation
Someone from Richmond interviewed me — it was simple, your general questions about background and employment, where you see yourself in x amount of years.. blah blah.. S/N seems like the Richmond office is the only one with sense they need to let everyone go and hire new people.
