Management, specifically at the GM level is either good or horrible. The horrible will play favorites, allow those coworkers to do bare minimum, talk about the non favorites behind their back to the coworkers. Create a hostile work environment by allowing said favorites to talk down to their coworkers, make fun of them, and tattle tale on insignificant things as though it's high school and not a place of business. Good luck getting help when you ask for it if you are not a favorite, as you will be ignored, only to get in trouble for that exact thing you asked for assistance/guidance with. Lastly because of the nepotism at each level you will not be protected even with almost 10 years of service.
