Raises occur annually. There is a merit increase as long as you are not on a level of discipline and in my previous job I received a market adjustment as well because they recognized my pay was not in line with the market- it was nice to know they still review pay rates for existing employees compared to the market.
OSF does Merit Increases at the end of each year. I've been at OSF for over 4 years and have seen a raise for employees each time.
