This is good place to work over all. I think the work load can sometimes be overwhelming depending on what your assigned physician is but is really does allow for quite a bit of autonomy.

They work you short staffed with no compensatory “bandaids” to even try to keep their staff loyal. The favoritism is out of control!! Quality staff consistently leave because they are disregarded while inferior, suboptimal staff are rewarded with promotions! Directors and managers who appear to have no formal management training. These are not quality people managers. All of these issues plus more, equal an absurdly high annual attrition rate yet upper management and HR dept does nothing! How can red flags not be going off like crazy with a turnover of no less than 20 staff members per year - including pre 2019. Not allowed to work from home if hired as clinic staff even if your job is NOT in clinic. Unfair and inequitable treatment of staff.

Ok place to work. Benefits are great. The only I don’t like is that there isn’t enough pto days. Other than that I would recommend to anyone. Everyone is great.

NP-C in Columbus, OH

This company was more concerned with its profits and productivity then retaining employees in the midst of a medical crisis. It provided a bonus to its CEO but not to its workers for working 100% during the Covid crisis. It values MDs far above NPs, PAs, or other staff. Not a good culture to work in for political reasons as well as work life balance
