Horrible management. Horrible Pay. Stay away.
I was excited to take on this role at first. The first year was going well, then they started adding more and more responsibilities outside the initial job duties with false claims that you will 'get a raise.' It was not until year 4 that I received my first, and only, raise out of numerous promised raises. Upper management has no clue what they are doing, nor do they care about the employees.

Management does not adequately spread job duties and responsibilities.
Management does not provide adequate staff specifically in the Accounting department to achieve the goals laid on individuals. Unattainable goals were set. Specific reporting tools were withheld which directly affected my ability to perform required financial analysis and submit my findings in a timely manner. Overall, it was a toxic work environment which stemmed from Global Controller.
