Great work with terrible people

The work itself is fast paced and fun. The company expects peak performance across the board. Management in all departments is shady & HR is definitely there to protect the company, not help in anyway. Coworkers are pitted against each other so it’s hard to form a meaningful relationship. It’s surface level high school drama. Worth the money if you can keep to yourself- but don’t expect to keep your job just because you’re good at what you do.

Great people with a lot of work

This is a great company but you have a 2 week hands on training and then set to go on your own. You still have a person to go ask questions to but feel on your own. They want you to meet certain cases and have them done at certain times. Very rushed and if you don’t get all your cases done you have to stay over and work or you can be terminated if you don’t meet 100% of your goal! Benefits are outrageous you have to pay from your check!
