Server in Sterling, VA

Good for a part time gig, but not for long term. Pay is hit or miss depending on the day and company culture is toxic. Not much room for growth. Only would recommend as a part time gig for those in school or looking for a 2nd job.
Bartender in Augusta, GA

Money was good. It was always busy and little hectic. No teamwork at all between the employees working there. Management wasn't the greatest and wouldn't always help out.
Hostess/Server in Colonial Heights, VA

I started in takeaway, then moved to hosting and serving. Was busy at times, but in takeaway it was a team effort and I looked forward to every shift. Then really good managers left and it went downhill. When I served I always always ran food, but it wasn’t enough for management. One even bullied me.

Varies for location, but management was very poor. Health codes never followed, never flexible but when they want to be they aren’t very nice about it and management could learn better customer service skills.
Grill Master in Abilene, TX

Recommend to those who want to learn corporate restaurant setting. Turn over on team numbers was a downfall. Loved my proprietary, she was very green! Loved watching her grow with her store!
