Be young, naive, timid, and don't know how to stick up for yourself. If your strong and know how not to be a doormat and say what u feel then forget it go somewhere else.
What would you suggest Outback Steakhouse management do to prevent others from leaving?
Give your employees breaks-this is illegal but they continue to not allow you to have breaks
let employees clock in when they are scheduled to work. They usually have you sit for at least an hour before you can go home if you don't get sat a table
hire enough staff
Stop insulting your staff as a manager
Reward hard workers instead of the workers that cut corners
DO NOT let employees make the schedule with the managers.
too much illegal things going on
too toxic of an environment.
For the first 3 months (of 4 so far), I would get to work each day and not know if i was going to work 2 hours or 12+ hours.
After the interview, how long did it take to start training and how long was the training? Also was it a group training class or one on one with a trainer?
After interview , I started training for 2 6 months period of time to earn experience in cold prep to grill session at outback steaks house restaurant in kualumpur ( Malaysia ). It should be group training but if you have got some treaky point then you can go to one on one basis training for short periods of time.
