Give employees 1 job title with a normal work shift, and pay higher wages for those that are doing the work of many different employees and bouncing around doing almost every BOH job. I am the fry cook, prep cook, dishwasher, opener, closer, and starting today my RM is requesting that I also take on the responsibility of inputting all the data and assisting in inventory.
