Too much managerial overlay
Written by Operations Supervisor - Blackrock Inc, Conde Nast (Former Employee) from New York, NY on May 24, 2018
Unable to make independent decisions. Lack of proper training for employees moving from different internal accounts, thus exposing employee and company to potential monetary liabilities. There is too much managerial overlay in areas where not necessary. Management do not spend enough time to find out what is involved in certain parts of the operation - more... and do not support agents enough in cases of customer complaints and resolution. - less
