1 week to 2 months. Just depends on HR and how soon they release candidates to managers. Usually only 1 interview is necessary for Admitting. Then after an offer is accepted, the blood, urine drug screening and background check is done within 24 hours otherwise the offer is off the table.

Chaos in motion! We don't have a trainer so everyone trains the new employees. Everyone does the job differently so there is no consistency. I've been the trainer for 2nd shift after new hires have been trained by other people and I have had to correct many parts of the training process.
