Low pay and you have to pay to work.

Manager was great but the company as a whole needs to improve. You have to drive clients around in your vehicle with no mileage compensations. So when calculated it is like losing $1-2 dollars an hour because of gas and wear and tear on vehicle. Which wages are already not a livable wage to begin with. I also think training needs to be improved.
ProsPerson centered
ConsTakes advantage of employees.
