A lot of the times i feel like not going to work. It is very stressful. There is no life/work balance. You are criticized on a daily basis. Management has trust in their employees to do the job. New hires beware if you pull out of the gate making errors you will not make it long. you are told you are on a learning curve but that is not true, I believe it when upper upper management says that safety is the first priority but you couldn't see that with in house management.

Keep management steady. CONSTANTLY firing people, even when they're low on staff as it is. There's never consistent leadership. Lack of communication between management and employees. You only had an idea of what MIGHT happen because of how fast rumors spread. The only time they had a notion of caring is when the union got involved. All of the management was out on the floor and asking how you're doing, making sure you're ok all of a sudden. After the union bout, absolute silence and no changes to anything. They can hire 4 people, 3 will quit right away, and that one will stay until they realize they're working 12 plus hours every day. Takes a few months to finally get someone on board. Turn around rate is atrocious. Very FAKE and POLITICAL atmosphere. They will tell you what you want to hear without any results. The people you work with make the job bearable, but it's a cutthroat environment where you're seen as a number expected to make a certain amount of numbers.
