I absolutely loved what I did. Again, working with the customers is so important.
As hard as each individual person worked there, it never paid off. After almost 9 years of service, there was no advancement and they still did not trust you to do a job. I started out with an office staff of 34 and when I chose to leave we had 11. There was so much pressure on every single employee, it took a toll on everyone.
