always something to do if you sre a go getter tenants are awsome

I had big plans coming into this comoany. Unfortunately being there are 2 maintenance techs alot relies on both pullingbthetd weight. For .30 cents a yearvraise no matter if you work or not folllowed by a 15 dollar a month raise in rent yoy lose in the end. Hardest thing in my life is having to leave this place because issues are not enforced.

Co-workers were cool, management was not.

The property I worked at could not keep a property manager. While I was employed, they had gone through 2 different managers in less than 6 months. The maintenance supervisor also left, and they hired another who got into shouting matches with the employees and subsequently left the job. I also left for that reason other than being accused of sabotage. couldn't even use the people I did worl with ...

The people are friendly. The work conditions are very poor. There are several health and safety violations that management ignores.

Owners Management owns several properties. All they care about is saving money instead of putting effort in to making their properties nicer for their residents. If you want to do several different job titles for very low pay then this is the company for you.

very rewarding

Very high speed needed for work. Must keep up on federal HUD regulations. Always continuous work, but rewarding. Government based work, can lead to a government job. Only draw back is that the sights are scattered and that makes it hard to have a relationship with others in the company in similar positions.

not well organized.

The husband and wife team were extremely difficult to work with. One was often changing assigned work that th other had assigned. My fellow employees were extremely helpful when it came to giving each other help with anything that happened.
