Innovative Workplace with awesome office
Marketing + Creative Co-op (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAApril 10, 2018
A dog friendly office with an amazing, always stocked kitchen. Perks aside, everyone at ownerIQ was friendly and hard-working. In an always changing industry, people need to be quick on their feet.

Not a great place for career growth
Ad Ops (Current Employee) –  Boston, MAApril 9, 2018
I enjoyed working at ownerIQ when I first started, but realized over time I've realized it's not a great place for career advancement. Overall, the company's situation is rocky at best leaving them to focus on the overall health of the business rather than the happiness and growth of their employees.

Great for Millenials, not great for anyone above 35
Manager (Former Employee) –  Boston, MADecember 4, 2017
The company on the surface appears to be fun and relaxed. But its really a sales driven company who is desperate to be bought out. Their goals are unattainable and when they are not reached they cut the workforce or deny bonuses. Management is focused on appearances instead of investing in the product itself. It also is a boy's club and almost everyone is an alcoholic.
Pros
Free Beer & Bagels
Cons
don't match 401K plans, Very cliquey

Company with current growing pains but it's good place to work with great co-workers
Account Executive (Current Employee) –  San Francisco, CANovember 2, 2017
Company values in-office work culture. CEO is transparent and has a heavy hand in every part of the company. A good company for recent college graduates. Could work on professional development for all employees.

Account Executive (Current Employee) –  Boston, MAJuly 31, 2017
This is a laid-back environment with good work-life balance. The company is constantly evolving. The product makes a lot of sense and the clientele is also very diverse.
