Consistent work

Great company overall. Forward motion type company. Piece of flow and lean management are critical workplace ideologies. Above average work atmosphere for production/manufacturing/construction categories. Slight disconnect between management and shop floor employees, however, this is currently a focus point for company improvement at this time. Overall a great company to work for.

Very good place to work they encourage hard work for job promotions

The work day goes at a pretty good pace for there is always things to do. Alot of cross training so never stuck doing same thing every day. The hardest part of the job I would have to say is it gets very hot in the summer with all the machines running its tolerable all in all fun work atmosphere.

Nobody is informed of anything they give you fake promises and they randomly take your pto away from you there is also no training involved and it’s very slow paced

Great people to work with

Great people to work with and a good pace of work. Nobody seems overwhelmed. It is very helpful to have previous knowledge of farm equipment before coming in.
