Good pay and will keep you busy

The pay and job depends on where you are located and who owns the franchise in your area, but you can make good pay with commission. I get 40% of anything I upsale. Along with tips and a bonus for each review I receive. Base pay can be rough if you have a bad day, but all jobs have there downsides. If you’re not making 20 per hour on average I’d say it’s not worth it.

Helpful staff

The Operations people and support line personnel are great to work with. Lots of experienced people to get advice from. Feel supported to get up and running.

Too high expectations with little pay

What is the best part of working at the company? The best part was going home at the end of the day. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The fact that if you get 3 cancels in a row if messes up your pay. And you can’t control what calls you answer. And when people are upset they don’t give you any tools to help them except to reach out to the owners. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Everyone is pretty nice and helpful. I really didn’t have any issues with that. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Clock in, answer phones, clock out. Pretty straight forward

Owner was absolutely great!

Oxi fresh products were not very good and I did most of the dirt removal on my hand and knees with towels. The machine they use is not for cleaning as much for working products into the carpet fibers. Would have made the job so much more efficient and effective if you could use a rotation machine with pad to remove the dirt rather than towels.

Pros

Take home vans

Cons

Poor product

Great company

The company can be a fun place to work if you enjoy meeting new people everyday, like the service industry and are self-sufficient. Fantastic franchise ownership is a huge plus.

Pros

Supportive ownership

To this day, one of my absolute favorite companies to work for

Oxi Fresh is amazing company, they are fair and treat you right. Flexible with hours, always keep you in the loop and knowledgeable about what they do, Amazing Staff, especially management and owners of the branch! It was an absolutely amazing experience working for them!

Great work place

Great place to enjoy your life and enjoy the rest of your hobbies in life I’d be happy to do it again if they weren’t so irrational and misunderstanding

Great to work as long as you dont mind a little elbow grease

Great place to work. My owner franchisee was awesome and paid me fair. You must be willing to drive sometimes but for the most part it was easy work. Not super stressfull.

Waste of time!!!

Long hours exceeding far past 40 hours a week with less than minimum wage, no compensation for times spent driving between appointments since it is NOT HOURLY and by appointment. Management/franchise owner claim to reimburse for gas but fail to do so weeks on end(keep in mind you are driving 70+ miles per day. The Denver/Lakewood management is unwilling to be flexible on hours and is not understanding of personal emergencies and issues. Working 6 days a week is required for employment and when requested days off a month in advance with reminders, my boss still scheduled me and then proceeded to get mad at me for being out of town. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IT IS A TRAP. THEY LURE YOU IN WITH FALSE CLAIMS AND OVERWORK YOU WITHOUT ADEQUATE PAY. the job posts are also wrong because you will barely make $2000 in a month

High stress when busy. Ok pay. Company vehicle. Tasking on body. Sales pressure.

Middle of the road pay.Jan through Feb are very slow months.Cleaning mostly residential carpets, rugs, upholstery, and tile. (Depends on what your franchise offers) Potential commercial work.Busier months don’t give you much breathing room between jobs. Very stressful to meet time constraints while mixing chemicals, filling work orders, editing work orders, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, factoring in taking more time on carpets that are more heavily soiled or stained, and upselling customers on other products.Lots of travel in company vehicle.Carrying heavy equipment from vehicle into homes. You can also have jobs where both machines are required to bring in the home. This can be tasking on the body for even the young or fit.

Pros

Independence, Company vehicle, Pay is not that bad, Meeting new people everyday can be fun, Cleaning process is pretty solid.

Cons

Jobs are placed too close together, No breathing room, Sometimes 4 a day, Lugging equipment in and out of homes is taxing on the body, Pressured to upsell customers, Excessive amount of driving, Have to juggle too many task in day, My manager micro managed me, but of course your franchise owner can be different.

Good Customers,Two very Slow MonthsEvery day is different.

Manager of OxiFresh is a good guy, a little insecure.Shows up on your door step with out notice. When no work they expect you to be on Standby without pay. The pay is good in spring and summer if you can sale! and threw The Holidays Except right before Christmas. Get to take the vehicle home but have to clean the dirty equipment through covid-19. No insurance, lots of promising that Never received.

Pros

Pay Good Manager is a good guy. Can take vehicle home.

Cons

No insurance. Standby no pay. Insecure franchisee.

Fun work place.

Great company to work for, great staff. You're able to bring the work vehicle home so it makes the next day easier for work. The management is great at this company.

Energetic fun place to work with noone looking over your shoulder.

Awesome place to work. From the owner to the new hires very friendly and kind atmosphere. Very in-depth training. And the product accually works. At first the pay appears to be low but once you get going and realize the product sells itself and you get that first paycheck. Wow. I've had many jobs and while I was doing those jobs I always wonder if the product will do what we say it will. Once you use oxi fresh you will wonder no more.

Pros

Everything

Cons

Business slows during the winter months.

Great company

Outstanding company to work for. Owner in Springfield MO respects and values his employees. Biggest concern is during winter months (Jan and Feb) jobs can be limited.

Pros

Pay, culture

Cons

Can be slow in the winter

Has Ups and downs.

The company can be great. Only one slow season here which is after the holidays. (January and February) but other than that, pretty decent pay. Hard work if you're doing it right, but not back breaking. Nose breaking though. Lol (allergies) No benefits, no pto, no sick days... its a you better show up or you're screwed financially type of job. I enjoy the alone time between jobs while driving. You get a company vehicle but can't take it home... again. Alot of pros and cons.

Pros

Pay is decent, alone time

Cons

No benefits, No pto, No sick days, No holiday pay, they treat you like a contractor even though you're a hourly employee.

Great place to work if you like to work alone

I started as a carpet cleaner. The process was easy to learn. Management was firm but flexible. The main goal was to make sure the job was done well and to customer satisfaction. I worked three days a week, sometimes a from 8 am to 8 pm but I had the rest of the week to myself. It was cool.

Pros

Customers gave great tips!

Cons

I was part time so no health benefits.

Pretty Good Company to work for

I was hired part time and found the pay to be great for the hours I worked. Good Management, nice performance bonuses. Commission, but I averaged about $30/hr. They paid me extra for far away jobs so that was nice. The cleaning method is quite good. Better then other places I've worked. No insurance or much room for advancment. But if you need a 2nd job that pays good for what you do this is probably a good bet. Work can be physical, some customers aren't great to deal with but that is the same with all customer service jobs. Overall I'd say this was a good company to work for.

Pros

bonuses for good work. nice bosses

Cons

no insurance, some days busy, some days few jobs.
