Current company policy is 1 day a week remote work, the organization was founded fully virtual and has moved to in office functions as vaccination rates have climbed. When the office has any sickness going around we want people to work from home if vulnerable or exposed. And those sick need to remain out of office until sufficiently past any contagious window.
