Owners are great!
I worked in admin so most of my contact was with the owners and other admin staff. Everyone was amazing! It was the only job that I felt management actually cared about the employees and their families. I worked for multiple bigger corporations and never had that experience with those companies.

The managers and coworkers tried to make it a fun place to work. But at the end of the day it was a highly competitive environment, A required very thick skinned and patient individuals.

Fun small company to work for
P an b was a small company but they were nice and fun to work for...my day would consist of me coming in and going to my desk the leads would give us are ACCTS to start and what clients wanted ACCTS settled at what precent. We would also get daily Incentives for per clint.
