Great company held back by inept management

While the values and work ethics are fantastic, a shake up in the management team would do wonders for the company. The attrition rate is not far from the average high turnovers in the management consulting business, but there is little to no investment in good training, staffing, mentoring or developing freshmen straight out of school (which was not the case prior to 2013). New management since then has turned off old timers who've left in droves, taking valuable experience and talent with them.
