Factory style consulting company from the 1960s
Consultant (Former Employee) –  New York, NYApril 2, 2016
Lacks any real insight as to how to be a diversified US consulting firm. Relies on legacy clients, and a few thin relationships to keep selling the same widget. No real vision in the US management team, a lot of tension between partners that were purchased a few years ago, and legacy. No continuity between the UK and the US, with US partners constantly bashing UK partners. Everyone caught in the middle
Cons
No unifying culture, partners care only about their bonus, no vision for US consulting
