Merchandiser in Savannah, GA
on January 18, 2022
I was a merchandiser and it was great. Very flexible schedule, great boss. A typical day was getting my schedule of resets needed to complete. Some will require a partner because they can take from 1hr to 8 hours to finish. Independent work, work based on jobs for the week. Can spread it out throughout the week. Usually worked 3-4 days.

Process Manager in Newport, KY
on December 8, 2021
PLM is a great spot for someone to start their career. The first year(s) in the Analyst role is a challenge. Unfortunately, it is mundane and repetitive work but if you preserve and prove your determination to advance, you will get promoted to Process Manager. Once you are in this role for 2+ years and prove yourself, you then have the opportunity to advance to the Senior Level. Once you are at the Senior Level you will have a pretty tough time moving to a higher level (Note that even at the Senior level your base is less than 80k). All in all, its a great place to start your career. You will learn about the CPG industry and gain key knowledge necessary to advance to a bigger/better company.
