My direct manager was extraordinary, however she left a few short months after I started because of the company culture. The executive team treats lower level employees as though they don't matter. You would often see or hear executives yelling and cussing at other employees, it was disheartening.

management is great, communication is great. the hardest part about the job is trying to keep up with all the changes everyday with the system and how the hotel is ran.
