Dispatcher/Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Carrollton, TXDecember 7, 2017
they always want you doing well but never better than them. its hard to come to work with a group of people who are so set in their ways they refuse to do things differently

Everyone I work with at PPS is great. It feels like a second family. The company cares about its employees and makes sure you are taken care of if you’re a hard worker. Hands down this is the best place I’ve ever worked!

Temporary Staff Laborer (Former Employee) –  Daytona Beach, FLNovember 30, 2017
can get permanent jobs and or learn different trades. you are not guaranteed work all the time but if you show up on time daily youll pretty much be set and not have to worry about getting sent out. you would aim to get on a repeat ticket those guarantee work and make it easier to obtain real employement if thats what youre looking for

Horrible horrible company
General Manager (Former Employee) –  Sarasota, FLNovember 25, 2017
In the beginning I thought it was a good company. Soon after being asked to manager two locations I realized they expected me to work 15-17 hour days with very little pay or the ability to earn more.

Very unethical company, i would not recommend any one work there including the labor folks.

Construction Worker (Current Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLOctober 13, 2017
Normally hot. Working at pacesetters I would normally lay bricks at offices, load trucks with equipment and sanitize bathrooms. The hardest part of the job would be working many hours of the day for low pay.

General Labor with Event Staffing
Porter/General Labor (Current Employee) –  Fort Worth, TXSeptember 7, 2017
A typical day usually involves hard work, it depends on the job, however I learned a lot of transferable skills. Management is always polite, very courteous. Workplace culture depends on how the hand-out act. Hardest part is sometimes the employers push a little hard. Enjoyable is the cash immediately at the end of each shift.
Pros
Paid same day.
Cons
lot of problems with hang-outs around the building not looking to work.
