FINANCIAL ADVISOR (Former Employee) – Corona, CA – December 13, 2018
I had a book of business that I wanted to move from prior employer. I was working with a source from Park Avenue Securities, as a structured assist. I found this process very arduous, filled with administrative snafus, and it paid very little. My time was torn between generating new business, and transferring existing business. I received very little management support.
Agent (Former Employee) – Corona, CA – September 20, 2018
PA is a good opportunity for those that have a LARGE network of family & friends that need assistance financially. Anyone else, steer away. Some training, but for the most part an individual is on their own
Wealth Management Advisor/Training Manager (Current Employee) – Newport Beach, CA – September 12, 2018
PA has a great culture. Whether you are a senior advisor with 20 years of experience or a new FR PA is a good fit for most people. They give you the necessary tools and support to succeed and then let you focus on your business. They don't have time wasting office meetings. They offer voluntary training for the senior folks and mandatory training for the new FR's. Overall good place to be.
Financial Services Intern (Current Employee) – Newport Beach, CA – February 6, 2018
Highly recommend this industry and company. Working here has been a great experience. The people are very friendly and open to teaching their peers. There is a high chance of improving your personal practice here.
Advisor (Former Employee) – Southern CA – November 2, 2017
I witnessed poor management in several locations. Company states it provides clients with a "good life for the rest of their lives" but doesn't provide that for their advisors or their own staff. Overall, well intentioned but disconnected leaders. Poor communication, vision, and implementation. Many talented people fail at this agency for lack of inconsistent and ineffective support. A genuine shame.
Financial Representative (Current Employee) – California – July 27, 2015
Pacific Advisors does their best to create a sales culture for those with financial representative experience. The company's biggest strength is taking experienced agents and building their book of business into the advanced markets and hig net-worth client base.
Financial Representative (Current Employee) – San Jose – October 24, 2013

Financial specialist/ Relationship Manager (Current Employee) – Corona, Ca – September 30, 2013
If you're seeking a career in the Financial Service field, Pacific Advisors is the best company to work for. The training, support and environment is of the highest quality. You will feel very proud of the place you work and the company you represent.
Disability Agent Recruiter (Former Employee) – Seattle, WA – August 27, 2013
Would spend a typical day calling Ins. Agents to see if they would have any Disability clients they needed help with or applications to process. Would make 30 to more calls a day, send out information packages. Set up outside meetings with clients. I learned about multiple Disability Companies and the products they sell. Management was very helpful when having questions and explaining what you needed to do. We all had different responsibilities to perform and worked well together. The hardest part was making all the calls and not getting the results I needed. I enjoyed the office meetings and outside meetings with clients.
Floater (Former Employee) – Upland, CA – March 28, 2013
