Technician/HR Assistant (Former Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – December 3, 2016
This place is a mess. Scheduling is incredibly inconsistent. The certification required for this position costs about $800.00 OUT OF POCKET, and there's absolutely no job security. I highly recommend passing up a position with this company because, in the long run, its not worth the stress, aggravation, and unprofessionalism.
Insurance Verification Representative (Former Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – October 26, 2017
Do not even think about applying. They do not train you, and move you around from task to task. Management is poor, I am not sure how they are still in business. Startung wage is too low for what they ask do you to do.
Billing Clerk (Former Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – September 8, 2017
No benefits lack of communication the only billing rep keeps everything to herself not introduced to current employees treated as a step child owner so rude and disorganized... Worse place to work very disorganized a total mess. If you want just a temporary job this is the one no benefits at all because the turn around on laid off employees is HUGE if you are not liked by their billing rep she's who decides who stays if you're not more knowledge than her then you'll stay... If you're a threat to the billing you'll be laid off.
Biomedical Specialist Lead (Former Employee) – Rancho Cordova, CA – June 3, 2017
The service we brought to hospitals as an ISO was world class. Maintaining market footprint became a challenge due to lack of sales application. Overall the people were the best, just needed more focus on sales.
This review is for an unrelated company that has the same dba in California.
Job Work/Life Balance
Easy job if you have no goals in life
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Former Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – October 7, 2016
This company has too many family issues. Owners do not communicate with each other, meetings held were for benefit of owner, not employees. Sales people are rude and have NO respect for the other employees or the owners. There are no consequences other than termination when you do not conform.
No group meeting or any meetings really separated on all accounts
Cell saver tech (Current Employee) – Sacramento, CA – September 9, 2015
Your kept separate from one another. No meetings to work out communication problems or equipment issues. Your just told to go do a case and report back by text. If there is a problem everyone get an email. Company policy changes often and you have to sign that you agree or your no longer employed there. You cant get more hrs but you are often asked to do more then your required to do and if you make to much from it. Your sitting out of cases the next month bring you back to where you were. So they dont have to hire but they get what they need done and you stay in the welfare system.
I love working with the surgeons and OR crew.
Having to deal with the greed and stinginess of the company.
