(Owner response here) As owners, we are practicing speech pathologists (we don't have our own caseloads, but we search out CEUs that will help us all rise, pitch in to help when needed, and look for ideas they think will help us practice). Every single person who works for us is team oriented, positive, and excited about their profession; we are acutely aware of how fortunate that is, and look for ways to support them. The pandemic is tough on our profession in general, but both CFs and SLPs reported feeling well supported.

(Owner here) PCSS welcomes SLPs with private practices! Our current staff includes several people in this category: comments in the Indeed review dated 1/22/2022 are typical. Yes, you need to watch your boundaries: you can't recruit or discuss your private practice when operating within your school contract. That said, this has been a successful model for a number of SLPs. The owners are happy to discuss details.
