The back office assistants are expected to do everything, including cleaning bathrooms, waiting rooms, dusting, and vacuuming. There's no outside cleaning service, we don't get paid enough for all that we're expected to do. It makes it really hard to give your all when you don't even feel valued nor appreciated.

About 10 per day, 45 minutes to an hour for Period Maintenance 1 hour to 11/2 hour for SRPs. Maybe a prophy thrown in here or there. RDAs and DA help the Hygienist out a lot.

It depends on the type of OM you are, some work 12 hours per day, 6 days a week. Some only work 40 hours or less per week; it honestly depends on your personal work ethic.

I never received a drug test but they are welcome to drug test you anytime throughout your employment.

I used to look forward to it, but now I mostly dread it. Once I'm there dealing with the patients it's great; our patients are great! The scheduling can be very overwhelming most of the time!
