The back office assistants are expected to do everything, including cleaning bathrooms, waiting rooms, dusting, and vacuuming. There's no outside cleaning service, we don't get paid enough for all that we're expected to do. It makes it really hard to give your all when you don't even feel valued nor appreciated.

Some assistants make your life miserable. If you don't fit in with certain groups THERE IS NO TEAM WORK. Orientation was great but none of it true!! Lunch! what lunch impossible to clock out for lunch before your 5 1/2 hour mark. Patient care is rushed. Supplies are not organized.
I will be going to corporate in Onterio to speak to high up management. If you work here you will feel as if you are going to have a stroke. If you have low blood sugar and need lunch this job is not for you.

Stressful. Outrageous demands of your time and effort without recognition. You're lucky if you get a lunch. Drama. Loads of unprofessionalism.

Stressful and business minded management, a corporation is a corporation no mater how you sugar coat it with all kinds of belief statements. Their job is a waste of time.

There is very little work/life balance everybody is working weekends and all offices have multiple late days where they work until 7 or 8pm. There is a feeling of a team environment but that's hard to foster when the office is making millions of dollars a year and assistants are making the same hourly they have for year. There are lots of team incentives but it doesn't correlate with the obscent amounts if money the doctors are raking in.

Most offices don't have enough patients for multiple general dentists, that is why there is turnover and a stressful situation. Doctor is on production not salary
