What motivates our workforce of 20,000? Simple: Knowing that 15 million Californians count on us to ensure instant access to energy, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is our core commitment as a reliable energy provider. But we also recognize that truly coming through for our customers is about much more.

It’s about knowing our customers’ needs and helping them find the smartest solutions for lowering their energy use and reducing costs. It’s about being an environmental leader and making clean energy choices that are right today and offer answers to tomorrow’s challenges. It’s about giving back to our communities to keep them healthy and strong, especially in times of need.

Delivering on these promises takes vision, discipline, tenacity, skill, dedication and teamwork from incredibly talented people. And that’s what working at PG&E is all about.

Toxic and adversarial place to work. Executive leadership is out of touch with management and represented employees. Combines the worst aspects of corporate America and government bureaucracies.
