Very fast paced. Little time for a work/life balance. Depending on position. Managers or Team leads are under a lot of pressure as are customer service reps. No time to know your co-workers.

The company is going through a reorganization. There’s uncertainty right now. Management or individual contributor positions are here one day, and dissolved the next. It’s a scary time for us. The family culture is still here but changing as well. I don’t like worrying about the security of my job, but that’s reality. That would be the only way I’d leave, they’d have to lay me off. I have plans to retire here, I love our company, so I hope lay off doesn’t happen.
