Very slow and not challenging or creative. You’ll spend most of your time trying to convince people to think out of the box who are set in their traditional ways of doing things.
Open ended projects and programs. Lack of communication throughout the company. Division between non-union and union employees.
Very fast paced. Little time for a work/life balance. Depending on position. Managers or Team leads are under a lot of pressure as are customer service reps. No time to know your co-workers.
It's a very organized company
Slow - people are not progressive enough; rely on buddies system and cultures to include and exclude, resulting massive lack of accountability and tolerance of laziness.
