It's usually a panel interview of 2 or more people. The "Star Model" (behavioral questions and answers) is always utilized, so come prepared with how to answer those questions. The questions usually start with "tell me a time when...". The questions are somewhat geared to the job you are applying for but sometimes they seem out of space, so be prepared to come up with something. Always good to have extra copies of your resume with you to give to each person of the panel. And depending on the job, you may want to have a portfolio to bring- and bring multiple prepared portfolios for each person of the panel. You can usually ask the recruiter how many people will be on the panel, but always bring one extra because once they told me 3 and there were actually 4 interviewers.

There were 2 women who interviewed me and the questions were you basic behavioral questions. I thought it went well. One interviewer seemed to really like me while the other seemed apprehensive and catty. She seemed to be focused on my attire because she complimented me on my shoes and my outfit. I was not chosen for the position
