Overall good company
its an amazing company to work for, very difficult to move up within the company. Very few full time positions available. The relationships I developed with residents made the job worth it.

OK job. The management could be better and there could be more communication between management and resident service specialists. Very high turnover rate for a good reason.

Helping others and talking with residents in the communities. Interaction with the youth. No hands on training, just computer training. Please understand that people would like a walkthrough of training.
