Almost half of our staff can work remotely some portion of the time. Many work from home/remotely all the time. Schedules are flexible with the goal and focus on quality work.

We have comprehensive benefits. PIRE offers full benefits to include medical, dental and optical to employees who work at least 24 hours a week. For staff who are benefit eligible, the company pays for short and long-term disability insurance, and life insurance. The company also invests a significant amount (10% of one’s salary) towards staff member’s retirement through a defined contribution retirement plan. We also have parental leave and a generous paid time off program.

The work place is very informal and flexible. Many staff work remotely depending on their specific job. There are many who have worked for PIRE in some capacity for more than 20 years.
