self-oriented, highly coorperated research enviorment
Volunteer Assistant (Current Employee) – Oakland, CA – April 17, 2014
it's a self-oriented and close coorperated nice enviorment. Most of them are scientists, they all working hard and have great enthusiasm in their research. I work as an intern is to learn from the scientific director of their projects, statistic apporches, spatial-time statistical models and to apply to my own project. The hardest part of the job is reading papers. Because English is not my natrual language, I am easy to feel tired and bored when I read professial papers. The most enjoyable part of the job is to apply analysis on the data.
