Workplace culture is very suspect, depending on your area
Reserach (Former Employee) – Calverton, MD – January 13, 2019
Management is not taking care of business or its employees. There is a lot of nepotism, which affects morale. For example, my boss was the daughter of one of the higher ups. She had no experience, not the right educational background, and limited people skills. The workplace culture is good if your boss likes you. The hardest part of the job is jumping through the "hoops" and "red tape" that are placed in your path. The benefits are better than most with a 10% contribution to your 401K, but management often fires people just before they reach one year so that they do not vest, i.e. do not get any of their 401K contribution.

Poorly mananged, nepotism inters with work
