I started working here in July. They hVe draconian rules. They expect you to know everything and expect you to be on time every day no matter what. the best way to get ahead at POA - is to talk about man stuff, or share political loyalties. Clients I worked for LOVED me - but I didn't fit into the "boys club" mold that they have for who they want to advance. Totally depends on your manager
I will say this job can be highly rewarding and compensative. However it is easily the most stressful job I have had. There is very little accountability between everyone on the back end and it takes days to get some sort of response. Not only that, but your success is only as high as your manager’s skills. If he does not prioritize you, you will fail.
