If your young, they will influence you and mold you to their team. A great fit for college graduates, seeking basic sales training. If you are older, they will put you out to pasture and make you redundant, unless among the chosen few. They do not seem to value wisdom over enthusiasm.

They are REALLY low on manpower, because they treat their employees so poorly, so the older members all left. If you are interviewing, just be interactive, bold and you have a job.
