January 30, 2020We love hearing this kind of thing! Thank you so much for your hard work.
Toxic environment and selfish people.
Technician (Current Employee) - Pleasanton, CA - September 28, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Company car and decent benefits. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Everything. Totally unorganized and toxic. They expect you to hit all these metrics but put a million things in your way. Antiquated technology. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Environment in sales is like a frat party and is all about work. Culture is toxic, all they care about is their bottom line. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Stressful and frantic. Just want to make it through without getting into too many fights.

Not the best
IT Help Desk Technician (Current Employee) - Beaverton, OR - September 2, 2023
Great place to get experience, however their training is sort of a joke. Also management isn’t the most receptive, they are overworked and can be neglectful of their employees.

Pay is ok , work life balance isn’t worth if
Account Manager (Former Employee) - California - September 1, 2023
Title says it all. If you don’t have a social life and want to make your entire life work then this job is perfect for you. Also helps if you are a boys boy
Pros
75k salary (for one year only then ur on your own)
Cons
everything else

Draconian company that doesn't care about you
Mailroom Clerk (Former Employee) - Salt Lake City, UT - August 4, 2023
I started working here in July. They hVe draconian rules. They expect you to know everything and expect you to be on time every day no matter what. I was taking the bus to work everyday and end up being late everyday for work by 5 to 10 minutes for a week straight. Again I didn't have much choice with this but they took this against me and decided to fire me for being late even tho it's because I was relying on public transit. The work culture is good but feel expected to be judged.
Pros
Good hours
Cons
Draconian rules, hr sucks

boys club - women had small voices
Print Center Supervisor (Former Employee) - Corvallis, OR - August 4, 2023
the best way to get ahead at POA - is to talk about man stuff, or share political loyalties. Clients I worked for LOVED me - but I didn't fit into the "boys club" mold that they have for who they want to advance. Perhaps I belonged behind a desk, rather than working on machines, but it wasn't my style. Pay is decent, but moving up, and improving facilities was not a priority at all. Doing the work of 2-3 people was the norm.

Totally depends on your manager
Fleet Sales Representative (Current Employee) - Reno, NV - July 7, 2023
I will say this job can be highly rewarding and compensative. However it is easily the most stressful job I have had. There is very little accountability between everyone on the back end and it takes days to get some sort of response. Not only that, but your success is only as high as your manager’s skills. If he does not prioritize you, you will fail.

boys club; not great for women
Account Manager (Former Employee) - California - May 15, 2023
if you are a woman just stay away, its a boys club which is why they love hiring college boys who o sports because they'll just do whatever "coach" says. they can't handle any kind of criticism yet expect you to take it all in. pay is the only thing good, milk it all that you can like the rest of us did

High turnover rate overall in the company
Account Manager (Former Employee) - San Diego, CA - May 12, 2023
They have a high turnover rate for a reason. Working 60+ hours a week is exhausting and work environment can be hostile. Management needs improvement.

Good not great
Contract Administrator (Former Employee) - Beaverton, OR - May 11, 2023
Fairly unorganized. The pay is low but the work is chill. Not a lot of room for big advancement, just promotions with maybe a dollar/hr raise if you're lucky. Easy but boring work, bland environment.

If you can't get a job elsewhere
Contract Administrator (Former Employee) - Beaverton, OR - May 9, 2023
I couldn't recommend it. Biweekly contracts meetings in which everyone is shamed an admins' time is wasted hearing meaningless numbers from departments they have no influence in. Treated like children (Can't listen to podcasts, only music). If you go through their old files you'll find a graveyard of ex-employees who couldn't stomach the criminally low pay for the amount of stress endured...

lots of promises little follow through
Service Technician (Current Employee) - Seattle, WA - April 26, 2023
will promise access to education and certifications but when asked about them they blow you off. the actual training they give you about the machines is woefully inadequate. the pay structure is also based off of the certifications so if you dont have the ability to get them in other ways then dont expect to get any raises

If you are in sales you are valued. If you are not in sales, they couldn't care less whether you show up or not
Operations Assistant (Current Employee) - Seattle, WA - April 16, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Health benefits are excellent. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? No training, management is poor. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Old boys network. Party with the boss or find another job. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Chaos. Assignments change without notice. Procedures are changed without explanation.

Worth it for the experience
IT Help Desk (Former Employee) - Denver, CO - March 26, 2023
Would definitely say it’s worth it for the experience. They’ll get you set up and ready to go fast so you’re mostly just gaining experience and getting to learn the ins and outs from the word go.

The pay is great
Support Staff (Current Employee) - Phoenix, AZ - March 16, 2023
The pay here is great. If only for that alone I would recommend it to just about everybody I know. I’ve already got my friend and my brother a job here and they both love it as much as me.

There’s a lot to learn
Sales (Current Employee) - Seattle, WA - March 14, 2023
There’s a lot to learn every single day, especially working in sales. It feels like taking Sales 101 but instead of paying to learn everything, you’re the one getting paid.
