You would get 2 weeks of vacation per year after your first year of time. After 5 years you get a 3rd week, after 10 years you would get a 4th week, and after 20+ years you would get a 5th week. But getting approval for vacation time was like winning the lottery. You are not allowed to roll over any PTO or sick time at the end of the year. so if its not used its lost.
